What we talked about in October is now a reality. This is your invitation to become one of three Luminar Founding Partners.

When we met in October, we talked about how enormous effort and budget go into preparing a property for sale—photography, video and staging. At the final step, that work is presented through a compressed, tile-based format among thousands of competing listings, diminishing both the quality of the assets and the perceived value of the property.Since then, I’ve built the Luminar system and onboarding workflow to give those assets the stage they deserve through designer-quality property websites, delivered in a consistent, done-for-you way.This proposal covers the following:

Property Website Preview

To give you a clear sense of the product this partnership offers, here are two example property websites built on the Luminar platform. These represent just a small selection of the wider design options within the Luminar range:

  • A dedicated, mobile‑responsive website for a single property

  • All media in one place: photos, video, 3D tour, floor plans, documents

  • Lead capture and viewing enquiry forms

  • Campaign tracking with Facebook / Google pixels

  • Delivered within 72 hours of complete assets, using the Luminar's onboarding system

Founding Partner Plan & Terms

As a Luminar Founding Partner, Wide Photography receives:

  • 3 Luminar property websites every 4 weeks

  • Subscription: $1,497 + GST every 4 weeks

  • Founder rate on additional sites: $499 + GST per website locked for as long as your subscription remains active

  • Free hosting: All websites supplied under this agreement remain hosted while your subscription is active

  • Free Wide onboarding system setup: A Wide-branded request flow (landing page + intake form) enabling agents to order Luminar websites without adding friction to your existing process

Limited to three Founding Partners only with future partners entering on higher wholesale and hosting terms under Luminar’s Standard Partner framework.Partner Terms

Activate partnership

To activate your Founding Partner slot and lock in your $499 + GST founder rate for additional websites complete the activation details below.Your first subscription charge of $1,497 + GST for 3 websites will be billed on 1 February 2026, in line with the Founding Partner Agreement.You’ll receive your onboarding link and can start submitting properties through the Luminar system.Any websites requested before 1 February 2026 will be billed separately at the Founding Partner rate of $499 + GST per website, as set out in the Agreement.
